Suggest Better Medications For Dry Cough

Question: I have dry cough. Earlier I used to take anti allergy medicine like "Zylera" for this earlier and it used to help. I did not get this medicine. The store gave me some other medicine "Cheston Cold". But, that is not helping me. Can you suggest some other medicine?

Thanks for the query.
ZYLERA contains LEVOCETRIZINE and there are plenty of medicines available in market which have LEVOCETRIZINE in it like LEZYNCET etc.
Other anti allergics which can be used are ALLEGRA 180 mg once a day ( it can be taken either in day or night ),CETRIZINE once in the night only as it causes some sedation.
You can use either of these three.
