Suggest Aurvedic Medicenecs For Insomnia

Question: My wife has been suffering from insomnia induced depression for last 2 yeats post birth of our child . She had been taking sleeping pillEtizola 0.5 which is now reduced to 0.25 along with antidepressant Nexito 5 . Now she wants to get rid of both medicines and started with Ayurvedic medicine XXXXXXX Vati . Please advise it is safe to take Ayurvedic medicines for mid to long term or will they also become addictive

as per your wife have psychosomatic problem. And She is taking sleeping pills and as well as Antidepressant pills too.
Willing to get rid from these medicines is good thought, and Ayurveda medicines will surely helpful to fulfill wish.
In this way there will not have any addiction or side effects. So there is no need to have fear about Ayurveda Medicines.

Please start the following medicines
1. XXXXXXX Brahmi vati 1 pill twice a day with honey
2. Tab. Mentat 2 tabs twice a day (himalaya)
3. Tab. Siledin 1 tab twice a day ( Alarsin)

In starting one month you need to take both medicine as current and Ayurveda medicines. And then after step by step you need to leave alopath medicines which you are taking from longer.

Also I like to Advise for Panchkarma Treatment as
1. Shirodhara Therapy from Nearest good Ayurveda Panchkarma center.

Yogasana and Pranayama also advisable for faster result..

Now start the above Ayurveda medicines for 3 months and then after once a review needed for further treatment.
