Suggest Appropriate Treatment For Typhoid
Question: i am 33 yaers old i have 23 days passed in typhiod but no improvement i used cifixme 15 days cefopodixime 13 days and 10 days injection cefotroinx and amikacim i used larigo and now docotor give me choloromempincal after evening my temprature goes to 100.3 to 102.5 and moring 100.3 to 99.2 and clear please advised me can i used antibiotic or not

I understand your concern and situation.
You have taken appropriate treatment for typhoid. What was your Widal test titre? Did you take blood culture test for culture and sensitivity for typhoid confirmation. I would suggest you to repeat both these tests. You have taken lariago for malaria. What tests you took?
I would suggest you to get blood culture for bacterial infection, malaria microscopy and rapid test, complete haemogram, Chest X Ray, PPD test. I would like to rule out tuberculosis infection. I would suggest you to take acetaminophen for fever. Eat protein rich healthy and balanced diet with multivitamins and calcium supplement. Take plenty of rest and fluid. I would suggest you to stop further antibiotics. Stay in follow up.
