Question: I tripped today. My toe got stuck in pants but I did not fall. I just tripped. Now my knee feels slightly warm and has a res spot but it doesnt hurt when I walk or bend it. Could this be a sprain? I took a picture of the red spot

I have gone through the image attached. It seems to be inflammation due to strain.
I advice you to give rest to your knee. Do icing to reduce inflammation. You can take antiinflammatory drug like ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation.
