Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

I have gone through the query and seen the reports attached

Your lipid profile is not very concerning at present. The LDL level shows mild elevation, which can be controlled with diet and exercise, and no medications are needed at this point.

Here are few dietary changes you can try to help lower LDL
-High fiber food like oatmeal, oatbran, vegetables and fruits help lower LDL
-Include avacados in food which are rich in healthy fat
-Fish like mackerel, salmon, sardine containing omega 3 fatty acids prevent harmful effects of LDL on heart
-Avoid excess cheese, fatty ,fried food in your diet
-Include food with lean protien like soy bean, beans, lean beef, chicken and turkey breast

Exercise regularly like brisk walking for atleast 30 minutes

Continue the dietary changes and regular exercise for 3 months, and follow up with your doctor to recheck lipid profile.

Hope I was able to help you
Please address further concerns/questions
