Suggest Alternative Sleeping Aid In Place Of Melatonin

default
Posted on Thu, 7 Sep 2017
Question: I have been taking melatonin every night for a while now, but recently read that this is not a good option. Are there any other natural, or over-the-counter sleep aids that are safe and effective long-term?

Thank you!
