Suggest Alternate Over The Counter Medication For Hypnodorm

Question: I had terrible trouble sleeping about 15 years ago.The medication I was prescribed and still take is 2mg of hypnodorm and 600mg of seroquel at night.Thank the good lord for modern medicine.Apparently the hypnodorm is banned in the USA.
