Brief Answer:
Midrin is a combination of three medications.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Midrin is a combination of Acetaminophen/ dichloralphenazone/ isometheptene in one tablet in dosage 325 mg/ 100 mg/60 mg.
Other common brand names Amidrin,Epidrin,Duradrin etc.

Tylenol is a brand name for Acetaminophen(generic). So midrin contains 325 mg acetaminophen.

This combination is produced only in this dose(325/100/60) and you can't find another drug with these combination with a lower dose of acetaminophen.

Hope my answer has helped.
Let me know if you have further questions.

Take care.
