Question: i am suffering from mild abdominal pressure and gas in my stamoch with on set bowl movements in morning i wake and immediately i have to go to toilet one or twice in morning i have total sedentry life style with less or no exercise.
but lately i feel to anxious about this. kindly consult

The best treatment is to go for a probiotic for five to seven days

Avoid spicy, fermented and junk food

Exercise for 20 mins daily

Take plenty of fluids

And if this does not work, go for stool examination and start antibiotics according to the report
