Started Getting Diarrhea And Bloating After Drinking Alcohol. Now Feeling Exhausted. What Is This?

Question: I was drinking a lot on wednesday night and recovered ok on thursday but had some diarrea and bloating .

On friday i has one glass of wine and have had very bad diarrea and bloating .

On additon , i feel exhausted after diarre and have very bad bloating . What is this ?

Hi there, thanks for asking. drinking alcohol can cause gastritis. It is a condition which is accompanied with excessive bloating and also could be accompanied with other intestinal symptoms of irritation like diarrhea. When somebody experiences such symptoms it is better not to drink alcohol until it recovers completely. exhaustion after diarrhea is usually related to wasting salts from the body. It is reversible with taking some fruits and salty things to correct it. Drinking alcohol and also diarrhea can lead to low magnesium level which can also lead to muscle cramps.

Hi there, it could be related to stomach irritation. Sometimes it is related to gall bladder issues which are common in people who drink alcohol regularly. If it radiates to your back, it could be related to your pancreas. How you feel the pain? is it constant? How much is the intensity?
