Question: Sir, here are more details. 1. Pain type is solid and local. If allergic food taken pain will be severe. 2. Soon after waking up at 6 am he goes to toilet. Before 9 am he goes another two or three times. Every time free motion. 3. Body weight is normal around 98 kgs. Appetite is usual. No major changes. Moreover he is using catheter for the night period since three years. Doctors said it is neurogenic bladder. He was on ventilator for a day in 2015. Since one year he is mainly suffering with anxiety and abdominal pain. Thank you sir.

various possible reasons as
- alteration in gut flora - intestine motility related problems in association with or
separate from anxiety medications - inflammatory bowel condition - metabolic issues - others.

Had any time colonoscopy or CT scan abdomen was performed for abdomen pain ?
Kindly also provide list of medicines currently consumed with doses.

Suffering lower abdominal pain left side of the navel for the last five months.

Used meftal spas, histac 150, drotin ds, buscogast, buscogast plus, d v n -80, anafortan, famocid 40. But no permanent relief.

Did endoscopy and abdomen ultrasound scanning. All clear.

Using anti dipressent tablets zapiz 0.25 mg, zapiz 0.50 (in a day total 2 mg) for the last six years.

* My guidelines at present

- Allow him plenty of liquids.
- High fibre diet with bulk forming laxatives.
- Avoidance of excess sugar, dairy fat, junk foods, non veg till possible.
- Fresh yogurt is beneficial in gut flora repair mechanics.
- Should get prescription of pro biotics as lacto bacillus from your primary care physician.

- Manage regular walk, exercises ( if not mobilising much ).
- Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming.

- Discuss the need of colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis during your
next follow up with treating surgeon.
