Sir, I Am 49 Years Old And Unmarried. I Met

Question: Sir,
I am 49 years old and unmarried. I met with an accident in XXXXXXX 2017 where my right testicle was pressed and I suffered with pain. I was asked for scanning of testicles and abdomen and the reports are enclosed. The doctor also suggested for urine tests which are also enclosed.

One Abdomen ultra sound report was taken 14-09-2017, when my age was 47 years
Other two reports are taken on 23-08-2018 when my age was 48 years ( scrotal Doppler report and other report is regarding urine tests)
please see the reports attached
I have the habit of masturbation. During masturbation, I am feeling pain in my pennis during release of semen (sperm). Can you kindly tell me what is the cause for the pain in the pennis during release of semen (sperm). I have no pain or inconvenience during discharge of urine.
Is it related to the attached medical reports or is it due to any other cause. Is excess masturbation a reason for the pain.
I request you to tell me whether it is curable or not. The doctors only suggested me to wear the supporters under wear. Still I am feeling the pain as on 29-05-2019 in the right testicle and in the abdomen area, which got decreased when compared to the pain in the beginning.

My fasting plasma sugar reading is 103 (blood test) (Methodology: Hexokinase) on 27-05-2018

Thank you Sir.

Brief Answer:
Pain in penis is mostly due to inflammation of Urethra

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query ..

Based on the facts and reports that you have uploaded which are almost normal the pain in penis while ejaculating that you have is mostly due to one of the following few factors
1) Vigorous and rough shaking of penis with firm grip of hand over penis
2) Frequent masturbation over a short period of time causing congestion and inflammation of urethra
3)Infection of prostate (Prostatitis)

The pain that you have is not related to your injury to testicles sustained during accident in 2017.

Taking antibiotic and anti inflammatory drug for a week should resolve the issue .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Sir,
Thank you for the reply and thank you for letting me to ask any follow up questions.

I have a follow up question.

I request you to please go through.

Question:

Since the reply to my earlier query has a statement “the reports are almost normal”, as far as I know the abnormality is a possible mild hernia. Know I want to know that is there any problem with sexual potency. I want to know this as I am planning to get married soon. Can I get married or is there any problem sited in the reports. I am 49 years of age old now. Keeping in view of my age I am seeking answer to this.
Thank you Sir.
