Should Warfarin Be Discontinued Before Coolief Cooled Radiofrequency Treatment?

Question: I take warfarin for prothromben gene mutation factor II. My Ortho MD and I are considering coolief radiofrequency for my hip pain. How invasive is the proceedure and should it affect how I use the blood thinner, and should I have to "bridge" with Lovenox?
