Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query/images and here is my opinion.

As per the images, there is severe inflammation of your upper respiratory tract.
Are you also having fever, cough and pain in throat ?

There is high probability of you suffering from infection, probably of bacterial origin.

Eustachian tube blockage is the cause of a clogged ear which is very usual in upper respiratory tract infection and common cold.

You can put over-the-counter nasal decongestants to treat your nasal blockade.
The active ingredient in most decongestants is either pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine.
You can take steam inhalation to relieve symptoms of inflammed, swollen blood vessels in your nasal passages.
Take Paracetamol 500mg s.o.s(if there is fever).
Ibuprofen,in the doses of 200–400 mg can be taken up to three times a day after food. thrice a day (post meals).
It is widely used for its pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects.
Anti histaminics like Levocetrizine 5mg can be taken at bed time.

Usually an empirical antibiotic like Amoxicillin is started in such patients.

Kindly visit your clinician for further evaluation.
He may go for your blood counts,x rays of your sinus, throat swab for culture and sensitivity(to isolate the causative organism) and would treat accordingly.

Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.

Thanks doctor.

The reason I ask here is because I don't want to go to a doctor in person.

Please list down names of blood test and names of culture and sensitivity.
