Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
I have seen the pictures. On first look, it doesn’t seem like a wart. However, in order to help you better, I would request you to answer the following parameters:
a.     Have you has any unprotected sexual encounter?
b.     Did any of your sexual partners have genital warts?
c.     Are these lesions increasing in size or have remained the same size? Are they associated with any other complaints?
d.     Do you have similar lesions at any other site?
e.     Will it be possible for you to upload more images? (distant/close up/lateral view)
Awaiting your reply.

Hi again ,
Thanks for writing back.
I have seen the images.

As you don't have unprotected sexual activity with other partners and the lesions are not increasing in size, they are unlikely to be warts.

The surface of warts is usually irregular and they show slow but definite growth. I want to reassure you that these are not warts. If you don't have any symptoms, there is no need of any intervention.

I would suggest that you just observe them for 3-4 months. If they increase in size or you have any symptoms, please see your dermatologist.
I hope I have addressed your concerns. I will be available for follow ups.

Regards
Dr Sudarshan

Answered by Dr. Sudarshan (7 hours later)
Hi again,

The lesions are most commonly due to enlargement of normal glands ( a type of sebaceous or oil producing glands) that are present over penis. They enlarge in some persons and become prominent.

Nothing needs to be done as long as they are asymptomatic.

I hope I've addressed your concerns. Please close this discussion if you have no more questions.

Regards
Dr Sudarshan
