Is Travelling Advisable For A Person With Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer?

Question: Hello, my husband has stage 4 colorectal cancer. He has a pleurex catheter. Typically 2-3 ltrs of fluid gets drained about every 3 or 4 days. Today he had 7 ltrs drained and the hospice nurse wouldn't drain more, although she could have. Also, his blood pressure was 80/50. He is able to walk around, go shopping, cook, etc. Prior to the procedure today, he actually mowed the small backyard. We are going on an overnight trip tomorrow. We have alerted the hospice folks in our destination city, but I am wondering if we should even go. The pressure last week was 100/60. I worry about the scary results today indicating a quick decline. Although, he his not particularly light-headed and isn't vomiting, confused, or anything new. Just wanted a quick check in for your opinion. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. If the urine output is good, he can go

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So in terminal stages of malignancy, blood pressure is often recorded as low due to loss if muscle mass. If the urine output is adequate, means about upto an liter and above in 24 hours, then no need to worry. He can get a quick administration of a unit of saline and then leave for home.
Thanks and regards
