Is Transmission Of STD Possible After Protected Sex?

default
Posted on Wed, 28 May 2014
Question: Hello sir.I had anal sex with a TransSexual on 10th MAY 2014 with condom on.There was no ejaculation from me nor there was any fluid secretion from her anus. The condom was totally dry after sex.I also kissed her cheeks and licked her nipples. There was also no secretion of breast milk or any other fluid on her nipples. The nipples were also very dry.Due to fear of getting caught,I left the place with the condom on my penis after anal sex and over it put on my under wear.On the way while return home it was raining and I was completely drenched. On reaching home after 45 mins after exposure,I removed the condom & washed my hands and penis without soap. Then unconsciously I scrapped an allergy/red eczema on my left foot with my left hand finger(which I had washed). But there was no blood out when I scrapped the eczema/allergy/ant bite/mosquito bite (dont know what it was but is was very small.I am attaching a zoomed pic of the above scrapped eczema/mosquito bite) .Please do I Stand chance of contracting HIV with all these above activity.I know what I have done is wrong while I was drunk and hence forth will not indulge in any such activity .This incident has really put me in deep stress. Please advise what I need to prevent or what test I need to take and at what intervals.with reference to my original question, please find the pic of scrapped eczema/allergy/ant bite (I dont know what kind of boil it was) which I had scrapped with my left hand finger after washing my hands and penis after 45 mins of exposure.

2)Do I also run the risk of any other STD diseases for above activities. Please advise what kind of STD diseases I run risk of amd what test should I go for?

Appreciate your kind answer in this regard as I am in deep distress for my act.

Brief Answer:
Bury this query, you seem all clear & Move on!

Detailed Answer:
Hello there.
I chose to answer this question as I noted the extreme distress & guilt you feel.
As for question #1, please let me reassure you that its all good. Since you used a condom & have no cuts or bruises on your genitalia regions, there seems no question of any STD acquisition & it is commendable that you chose to use a condom!
As for question#2, yes have had a peek at your snaps on eczema et al & given the time frame & history, again, you appear to be in the clear. Treatment of the eczema is a separate issue. If you are ever in or near Bangalore, please feel free to drop into XXXXXXX Hospital or XXXXXXX Bhateja nursing home.
Having given you a clean XXXXXXX of health, I don't condone your activity- drunk or otherwise but that is an individual choice we make. I don't condemn you either. But, strongly do recommend you visit a counsellor/clinical psychologist nearest you to help you get over the guilt issues et al.
Another alternative, is to take my word for it, Close this query (will give you additional mental closure) & carry on with your life. Look upon it as a rebirth or second chance in life & grab it with both hands & move on!
Hope this answer was prompt, precise & helps you move on.
Good Luck & Godspeed!

Just one thing I missed to tell. The TS did oral sex on me after she put the condom on my penis. But she was careful to cover uptil the portion covered by the condom and she did not touch anything of my penis skin. Then I had anal sex on her with the condom on.

Sorry for missing this part while writing as I was in deep distress.

Thanks for ur prompt reply.Healthcaremagic doin a gr8 job.

1.Do I run any risk of HIV infection from the saliva on the condom during oral sex.

2.After I removed the condom carefully holding the open side of the condom.I washed the penis with same hand I removed the condom.Do I run risk of exposing the HIV infection when I washed the penis.

3. should i go for other STD diseases test for all above activity.

I apolosize for my multiple questions. But I am 100% satisfied with your prompt reply.
