Brief Answer:
Leiomyosarcoma and Pilonidal cysts separate and not connected

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pilonidal cysts are skin punctured by hair leading to collection and cyst mostly infected. It is recurring process if not taken care of and needs surgical drainage.

On the other hand leiomyosarcoma is a rare type of gastrointestinal stromal tumor not even remotely connected to pilonidal sinuses. The only complication pilonydal sinus can have if long term chronic and repeatedly infected is squamous cell carcinoma of the skin and that's it. No remote association between leiomyosarcoma and pilonidal cyst.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
