Brief Answer:
Change your lifestyle...

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for posting.

The amount of sleep that a person needs depends a lot on his or her age. You are 29 years old and you should sleep 6-7 hours/24 hours.
You shouldn't sleep more that 7 hours a day, because this can increases the risk for a premature death.

It is recommended to sleep 1/2 - 1 hour in the early afternoon, because this reduces the risk for heart diseases.

It is recommended to sleep at night because on this period of time organs functions fits to human biological clock.
If you sleep at night you will be more concentrated and more relax. You will have a good memory and a good cognitive function, too.

Until now night life hasn't been bad for you, but you should start sleep at night because it will be bad for your health if you continue it.

Ask me for anything unclear.

All the best.

I have explained below...

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for writing back.

You can continue night life but it is very important the amount of sleep in a day. You shouldn't sleep more than 7 or 8 hours a day.

To have a good health you shouldn't drink alcoholic drinks and caffeine and you shouldn't eat foods that irritate nervous system(such as spicy foods).
Smoking cigarettes isn't recommended, too.

Continue exercising and having an active life, because this will keep your body healthy.
