Question: hello, yesterday evening, after masturbating, i ate a bit of my sperm. i'm seeing my girlfriend tomorrow, and haven't been tested for a while. should i not kiss her? how long should i wait to be on the safe side? thank you

thank you for your quick reply.
i don't think i have STI, though i had unprotected sex some months ago with another girl, and after a while i got some condyloma at the end of my penis (on the skin part). after some treatments given by a dermatologist, it went away, though not sure 100%.
also, i haven't done an hiv test for a while as well.
no bath or shower taken after the incident
i have brushed my teeth after the incident
