Is Pregnancy Possible With Multiple Small Follicles In Ovaries?

Question: Hi, I'm 28 yr old. I'm trying to conceive since one and a half year. My two IUI failed eggs had grown at that time. Today is my 8th day and in my both overies its msf and 4mm thickness. I've taken ccq 50mg for 5 days from day 3rd. From today till 5 days I will be taking progyanova 2mg. Is there any chances to conceive with msf in both overies?

I understand your concerns about infertility.

It is not possible to conceive with multiple small follicles ( MSF) in ovaries. Endometrial thickness is also less. You need to add gonadotropin injections to improve egg size.

I think you should change your doctor if not satisfied. Go for IUI in an IVF Centre.

You can try 2 more cycles of IUI with gonadotrophin injections.

If you don't conceive by IUI in next 2 cycles, you can try IUI.

Thanks doctor. so i should nt proceed this IUI as there is MSF or shall I wait till day 10th. if it produces eggs and thickness improves shall I proceed with IUI

You can wait till day 14 for follicle to develop and endometrium to improve.

If no improvement, you cancel IUI plans this cycle.
