As you had unprotected sex 15 days ago then there are high possibility that you may be pregnant. A urine pregnancy test if done earlier than 8 days post missed periods date then they are unreliable. It is better to get a serum beta hcg test done in that case. If the hcg levels are less than 5ng/dl then you are not pregnant.
Please mention your last menstrual period date for further advise.

Well if you have delayed menses now then you have missed your menses by just 3 days now, so urine pregnancy test at present is unreliable. I would suggest you to wait for 5 more days and then repeat the urine pregnancy test again. If its negative then you can actually safely wait till 15 days post missed periods for your menses to resume as then the cause would most likely be the stress induced hormonal imbalance caused due to stress of possible pregnancy.
If they still don't resume naturally then you can opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones.

Abortion pills cannot be prescribed online like this without confirmation of location of pregnancy. Its illegal and against law.
However withdrawal can be offered, but only once pregnancy is conclusively ruled out, simply because if you happen to be pregnant then these withdrawal tablets would instead of causing menses shall further support the pregnancy. Hence please wait for next 5 days to repeat the test and let me know.
If you are not getting any pregnancy symptoms as yet then you can relax, and you need to put your mind to rest. If in hurry then get a serum beta hcg test done.
