Brief Answer:
Pregnancy test will resolve the dilemma

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Any unprotected sex does carry the possibility of pregnancy.

You had started intercourse without any protection. According to your history, you withdrew your penis from the vagina before ejaculation. However, before ejaculation, pre-seminal or pre-ejaculation secretions (precum) do get deposited in the vagina unknowingly. These secretions do contain some sperms which are capable of fertilizing the ovum and causing pregnancy.

Later you had condom protected intercourse; since it was with condom, whether ejaculation or not does not make any difference.

If she has missed her period, she should get the pregnancy detection test performed to sort out the matter. Please ask her to get pregnancy test done on overnight first morning urine sample after a week of missed period; earlier, the test may report false negative results. Alternatively, she may opt for Beta hCG test on her blood 10 days after the sexual incidence. Values more than 25 mIU/ml are diagnostic of pregnancy while in non-pregnant state, the values remain under 5 mIU/ml.

You may please upload the results of the test(s) for my review.

For any more information, you may ask me anytime, XXXX.

You may consider posting a good review with 5 star rating for me.

she was also on her last 2 days of her period for that month. would that make a difference in the likelyhood at all? also is it possible to show no early signs whatsoever and be pregnant?

Brief Answer:
Meagre possibilities of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

During very early days of the pregnancy, usually no pregnancy symptoms are noted apart from missing a period. The other cardinal symptoms of pregnancy like nausea & vomiting, frequency of urination and breast symptoms appear about 10 to 15 days after the missed period.

Well, if this sexual incidence has taken place in last two days of her menstrual cycle, the possibilities of pregnancy are very less. The egg is liberated 14 days prior to the next expected menses which has a life of only 24 hours while the sperms are active for 3 days. Hence, a period of about a week around the day of ovulation is considered as Fertile window. Of course, as you are aware, any rule has its exceptions. So pregnancy tests should resolve the dilemma.

For any more information or doubt, please feel free to ask me anytime, XXXX.
