Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Question: I have vericocele in my left testicle for about a year and a half now. What are the chances that someone could be pregnant from my pre cum alone? I did not ejaculate and I wore a condom.

Varicocele does not always mean reduced sperm count. Semen analysis is required to comment about sperm count.

Pregnancy chances with precum are negligible. I don't think you should worry about pregnancy.

But varicocele can reduce sperm count though right?

All types of varicoceles need not reduce sperm count.

Sperm count is affected only by severe varicocele on both sides.

She said she missed her period on the 10th but we had sex on the 7th. Thats to short of a time frame for sperm to reach the egg and concieve right?
