Is Pregnancy Possible From Exposure To Pre Ejaculatory Fluid?

Question: I'm wondering if pregnancy is possible from General genital rubbing (so possible pre cum exposure) which also included oral sex (so tongue penetration) the male urinated beforehand and ejaculatiin took place well away from me in another room, it's pre cum exposure I'm worried about.

So a tongue is not a reasonable mode of transportation if there was precum in that general area?

I also took 1.2mg of levonorgestrel afterwards (plan b is 1.5mg?) so would this help at all?

As you had levonorgesterol 1.2 mg it may further decreses your chances of pregnancy.
