Brief Answer:
Chances of pregnancy are less than 5%.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
If you took the I-pill within 48 hours then chances of pregnancy are less than 5%. The next periods may be delayed by a week due to the effect of the pill.
It is best to wait for the periods and in case these are delayed by more than a week then test your urine for pregnancy.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

What are the side effects of ipill
Brief Answer:
Details below.
Detailed Answer:
Side effects of emergency contraceptives like Ipill include nausea and vomitings. You might also get a headache, feel tired or dizzy, have some lower abdominal pain, or find your breasts are more tender than usual.
You can use the emergency pill as many times as you need to and more than once in any one menstrual cycle, but it shouldn't be used instead of regular contraception. Repeated use of the ECP may cause your menstrual cycle to change. You may have a shorter/longer cycle and have a heavier/lighter period than normal.
Regards.
