Brief Answer:
You do not appear to be pregnant.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Let us deal the matters one by one.

You had unprotected sexual intercourse on 4th and 5th March which was covered later by Unwanted 72 on 5th March. Unwanted 72 is an emergency post coital contraceptive pill which needs to be taken within 72 hours of the unprotected sex which you have done. So your unprotected sexual intercourses on 4th and 5th March are now protected from pregnancy.

Your menstrual cycles are irregular, hence though your LMP was 19th February, your next menses date cannot be anticipated. However, you got some bleeding on 20th of March. Unwanted 72 contains Levonorgestrel which is a Progestational medicine; hence the periods following this pill may be lighter.

In fact you have performed three pregnancy tests after sufficient time of the lighter period. Both the results are negative. So there is no scope for suspicion; however, for your confirmation, you may additionally get Beta hCG test done which being highly specific and sensitive will clear all your doubts. Please get back to me with the reports of Beta hCG test.

From your current history and the results of the tests, I feel you are not pregnant. This light period was mostly due to Levonorgestrel.

To avoid such stress and confusion, I would advise you please to adapt some reliable contraceptive method like condom, birth control pills or intrauterine device.

For any more information, I am always available for you, XXXXXXX You may think of posting a good review with 5 stars rating for me.
