Brief Answer:
repeat the test after a week

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
Iam Dr.Srilatha gynaecologist.I have gone through your query.
In my opinion as the urine pregnancy test is negative the chances of pregnancy are very rare.
Usually urine pregnancy test gives accurate results a week after missed period.
The ipill is 95% effective if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.As you have taken within time the likelihood of pregnancy decreases.
The ipill causes hormonal imbalance and effects the timing and bleeding of period .
So the period can come either earlier or delayed than expected. So here the delay can be due to ipill.
And the bleeding can also be different from usual period like lighter or heavier or irregular.
I suggest you to repeat the urine pregnancy test after a week. And if even then the test is negative the delay in period can be said due to ipill or stress mediated and chances of pregnancy are nil.
Wait for spontaneous onset of period for 1-2 weeks.
Unwanted kit is for termination.of pregnancy and it is used only in case of pregnancy. As the pregnancy is not there it is not of help for you.
Meprate tablets are used in case of negative pregnancy test with delayed period. It takes 3-10 days after the completion of meprate course for the onset of period.
So relax and avoid stress.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.

As adviced by someone Unwanted Kit will start period in 24hrs. So is there any risk factor or something like that?

I do not want to take any risk for her. You can better understand my feelings. Once her period is done,we both will be relaxed.

In fact she had completed MEPRATE course for 5 days before 5 days.

Will Unwanted Kit solve my problem?

Please advice doses to take Unwanted Kit orally..

Thanks

Brief Answer:
unwanted kit works only in pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I have gone through your query.I understand your situation.
Iam here to help you.
I would like to explain you few things that :-
1)Unwanted kit is a medicine to terminate pregnancy. It dissolutes the conceptus and helps in removal of it.It can be used upto 6 weeks of pregnancy.
When there is no pregnancy it doesn't serve the purpose at all.
2)As the urine pregnancy test is negative there is no chance of pregnancy.
If there was pregnancy it would show up by now on the urine pregnancy strip.
As the test is negative the chance of pregnancy is nil.
But for benefit of doubt I suggest you to repeat the test again after a week.
If the test is positive at that time then you can go for unwanted kit.
But if the test is negative then the delayed pregnancy is not due to pregnancy.
The delayed period most likely appears to be ipill effect.
And to clear the doubt of pregnancy a serum BHCG level can be done and urine pregnancy test can be repeated.
Serum BHCG can be detected earlier than urine HCG.So get it done and let me know the results.
Avoid stress.Because stress regarding the thought of unwanted pregnancy also causes hormonal imbalance leading to period delay and furthur confusing the situation.
I once again want to tell that unwanted kit works only in the case of pregnancy.
The risk of pregnancy appears very less in your case but for your satisfaction I advise you to go for testing.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.

Dear Madam...
I have forgotten to inform you that during her period time she is getting cramp but no period. Even while taking MEPRATE tablel she got cramps only.

So is there anything to worry or its normal?

And if nothing happens after 10days of MEPRATE course complete and again test comes negative....... then what to do?

Brief Answer:
cramps are not a problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I have gone through your query.I understand your concern.
In my opinion the cramps without bleeding while taking meprate might not be a problem.
As you getting the cramps the period might be come soon.
If the urine pregnancy test is negative and still no period after meprate after 10 days you might need to consult doctor as you might need hormonal medication for some more days.
But mostly you might get the period by that time as the pregnancy test is negative.
Stress also causes hormonal imbalance leading to delayed period.
I once again want to stress that as the urine pregnancy test is negative there is no chance of pregnancy.
So relax and avoid stress.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
