Brief Answer:
Plan before surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
The advise is based on prognosis here. The chances of normal delivery are constrained now as you have hip dysplasia and chances of fracture are higher during vaginal deliver in most cases, so a prophylactic c-section can be performed. You should in my opinion , go for pregnancy first and then operation for hip dysplasia after 3 months post delivery.
The weight issues with growing pregnancy would be imminent and you may have lower back and hip pains during pregnancy but they are manageable. Pregnancy post surgery may be a problem when you would already be recovering and stress itself may become a cause of infertility, so in my opinion plan earlier if PAO surgery can be postponed depending on the condition of your hip again. If its that bad that it needs immediate intervention then you really don't have an option otherwise delay and postponement would be wise for aimed pregnancy prior to PAO.
Regards
