Question: I hear a radio station in my head. I can even hear the lyrics and sing along to it. Is this a thing? I feel like I am losing my mind. help me.

If the hearing of lyrics and radio is isolated finding and no other symptoms exist it can be considered normal experience provided it occurs occasionally.

In case this problem is persistent and occurs most part of the day and existing for weeks than it could be indication of psychopathology.

It may be due to simple depression to severe psychotic disorders like schizophrenia.

I request you to see a doctor if above criterias are fulfilled favouring psychopathology.
