Brief Answer:
Benign prosatatic hyperplasia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for asking a question
I'm Dr Chaithanya attending you

Mild hepatomegaly, nothing to be worried, if your Liver enzymes are not raied

No alcohol and No smoking, stop them if you are taking

PVRU greater than 50ml is not normal, but can be till 100ml if the age is above 65 years.

This can be due to Benign prostatic hyperplasia.

If no urinary symptoms, no surgery needed. Avoid caffeine, and decongestant tablets.

Get PSA done, to rule out prostate cancer.

Otherwise no worries

Hope this helps
