Brief Answer:
You can apply lipid based Amphotericin B gel 0.1%.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the fungal infection of the toe nail.

I can get from your query that you want to go for laser treatment of the same. As per my experience as well as academically, laser treatment is not effective for toe nail fungal infections.

If you do not want to take oral tablet for the same then there are certain preparations which can be applied. In my patients with your kind of problem I suggest them to apply lipid based Amphotericin B gel 0.1%. It is one of the latest preparing which helps in early resolution of the condition in few months.

Alternatively Amorolfine can be applied over the affected area. You can take further guidance from your treating dermatologist.

I hope this helps.
