Is It Safe To Take Modula Tablet While Suffering From Erectile Dysfunction?
Question: I have Erectile Dyfunction problem and some days back I went to see an XXXXXXX and he prescribed me MODULA 5mg to be taken one tablet daily for 30 days along with two hormonal medicine namely IGNITOR tablet and NANOLEO TOTAL XXXXXXX
Here I have a little confusion, please clarify because it's said tablets like viagra and tadalafil should be taken when needed but in my case MODULA tablet which is tadalafil was prescribed one tablet daily for 30 days. For in my case, I have no wife now and I want only to get heal the Erectile Dyfunction problem for I am going to get marriage after two months

You are right that Tadalafil is to be taken when needed. It is usually advised to be taken two hours before intercourse. The dose in such case in 10-20mg.
Some doctors prefer it giving in low doses daily (5mg is a low dose of Tadalafil).
But daily dose is preferred in those males who have a partner/wife.
As you are still unmarried, there is no use of taking Tadalafil daily in my opinion.
I usually approach my patients by listening to there concept of ED. Most people have so much wrong concepts in their mind about ED. What you feel to be ED may not be the same from your partner's perspective. The opinion of partner is very important in guiding for the treatment.
Many young males, who are about to get married, have performance anxiety about intercourse.
So, detailed history and correction of wrong beliefs is important before prescribing drugs.

I think the age factor will also matter in your case. From your other questions, I get know that you are pre-diabetic. This can also contribute to your problem.
In my opinion, you can continue with ignitor and nano Leo tablets and take Tadalafil only while doing sex.
This should help you in permanent cure.
Do keep your blood sugar levels and blood pressure under control.
