Is It Safe To Take Hep B Booster Vaccine When Undergoing IVF Treatment?
Question: Hi I am a dental nurse and already hep b vaccinated few years ago and now my boss wants me to have heb b booster but I am due to start IVF treatment soon. Is it safe for me?I hope ths vaccine and IVF drug do not interfere :(

Since you have already been vaccinated for it I recommend that you get anti HbsAg antibody to know if you have significant levels of it denoting immunity. If the value is above 100 mlIU/ml then you do not need the vaccine.
However it is safe to get vaccinated before undergoing IVF treatment
