Is It Safe To Have Diabetic Medication Along With Melzap And Revital?
Question: I m diabetes patient since 14 yrs back. my blood sugar s round about below 200. I take vomit m 0.3 1 tab with insugen 10 unit at morning launch & vomit 1 tab with insugen 9 unit at dinn since 1/2 yrs back under consultatation with doctor. And i take telista h 80 mg at early morning aftr breakfast for bp. Sonetimes In the evening & night i feel hot in d ear & foot, i tk melzep 0.25 tab. Is it nerve problm. Nw i take revital tab once in a day. Are these all combinaions of medicines good for my health.

Your sugar levels are still high . please check your HbA1c, microalbuminuria and lipid profile. You avoid too much of carbohydrates and take more of proteins and fiber rich diet. Milets, green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts all are good. Avoid fried, oily, fast food stuff. You need regular exercise, walking, yoga and meditation too. Avoid stress and find time to relax .
