Is Intercourse Safe After Consuming 4 Month Course Of Contraceptives?

Question: I was on a 4 month course of low dose contraceptives of 21 tablets containing Levonorgestrel and Enthinyloestradiol for irregular periods. I had my last tablet on 22 Oct and got my periods which ended on 27. After which I didnot take these pills. If I had sex on 31 October. Is it safe?
Does taking these pills stop ovulation after periods??

Yes I had it on 31th. And then I also took an Ipill in 12 hours. And about my bleeding, I got bleeding after 5 days of the Ipill. And today is my second day. Yesterday I got little blood, but today in the morning my flow increased, and I am releasing dark red jelly like fluids too occasionally. Rest is red blood.
And also light abdominal pains.
Is it because of Ipill?
Can it be periods? And I used to have irregular periods before also.
Or can it be due to pregnency? How can I know.

Just to be sure. The quickest test I can do is hcb right?
Please tell me when to get the test done. In how many days I mean.
I mean after when does it show correct results because I have to know it before the ending of this month.
