Breathing exercises

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Dermatomyositis is a progressive disease.
The muscles of chest wall become weak and do not function properly.
The damage is irreversible but the strength of muscles can be enhanced by breathing exercises.
Methotrexate is one drug which does wonder in dermatomyositis.
It is a prescription drug and you must meet a dermatologist to get it prescribed.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
