Question: I had two episodes of cold clammy sweats this weekend. I can't tell if it was from diet or a pinched nerve in my neck.

Brief Answer:
Less probably to be related to the neck problem

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

If your neck pain is not severe, it is less probable that your symptoms are related to it.
I would advise you to check your blood pressure several times during the day, make sure you drink adequate quantity of water. If you noticed it happens after the meal, then it is caused either by blood pressure or glucose level fluctuations. In this case I would advise you to eat with small portions and more frequently.

Wishing you good health
