Brief Answer:
Diet modification, medication, exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

You could be suffering from Gout.

Avoid, alcohol especially beer, meat, chicken and fish as well as their gravies, spinach, avocado.

Drink 1-2 litres of water daily. Exercise daily. Apply ice to the painful joints. Keep the affected limbs elevated.

You can take Tablet Allopurinol 100mg once a day for a month and repeat testing the Uric acid levels after that.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
