Brief Answer:
Lie down for some time, and it will decrease gradually

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Heart rate of 55 is not bad, but blood pressure of 150/105 is high and can cause such complaints. I would advise you to relax, to lie down. You can measure blood pressure in 40 minutes. If it starts to decrease, then nothing to worry. If it continues to raise then refer to ER.
If it is not the first time you have high blood pressure, you should visit your doctor to have cardiovascular check up.

Take care
