Brief Answer:
Non pregnant most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your anxiety about the issue.
It is not pregnancy dear and is most likely biochemical elevation after HCG injections and protesterone usually given after embryo transfer.
BHCG levels of less than 35 are considered negative only.
But still repeat the rest again after 48 hours and if that also stays below 35 then stop all medicines and let periods ensue.
Take care

if it will become double like 42 or greater then 35 as you said then can we assume this as pregnancy, kindly suggest.

Brief Answer:
Less chances still

Detailed Answer:
It will be suggestive of possible pregnancy but since it is a very slow growth rate of hcg levels it will not turn out successful most likely.
Usual hcg levels on day 16-18 post embryo transfer are above 100 in a healthy pregnancy.
Let's see, hope is still there but frankly very meagre one.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, it is indeed a hopeful thing so let's keep our fingers crossed and I wish you all the best.
But take a lot of precautions in the form of ample rest, take all medicines as advised without a miss and avoid intercourse.
Let God do the rest.
