Brief Answer:
Blood Pressure is on higher side

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Thanks for your query.

The normal range of blood pressure is:
Systolic: 120 mm of Hg
Diastolic: 80 mm of Hg

Considering this, a blood pressure of Systolic 150 & Diastolic 105 is definitely on the higher side and indicative of Hypertension.

This needs to be managed with anti-hypertensive medications as well as diet & lifestyle measures.

In addition you need to undergo certain investigations as follows, to detect the cause of increased blood pressure & to rule out target organ damage (damage to essential body organs due to Hypertension):
1. Routine blood & urine examination
2. Electrocardiography- to rule out any Cardiac pathology
3. Liver Function test- to rule out any pathology in Liver
4. Renal Function test- to rule out any damage to Kidney contributing to or caused due to high blood pressure
5. Lipid profile- increased levels of lipid is a risk factor for hypertension
6. Ultra sound scan of abdomen & pelvis
7. Fundoscopy- to detect any damage to retina of eye

In your post you have not mentioned about seeking any medical help or intake of any medications.
Your previous queries suggest that you have been suffering from multiple complaints for the past few months which may be indirectly attributed to this high blood pressure.
So, kindly consult your General Physician/ Cardiologist for a complete clinical examination and start treatment.

There is no need to worry, you will be fine.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
