Is VitaPulse Safe?

Question: Hi I was just checking on the safety of taking a supplement called Vita Pulse that has 250 mg of N-Acetylcysteine and 100 mg of CoQ10 and 10 mg of PQQ Na2. What is the best way to know if these kinds of things are safe or effective?
