Is Tramadol Cap Effective In Treatment For Severe Knee Pain?

Thanks for using this website. Both tramadol and signoflam are pain kiler with different mechanism. So their side effects also differ. I prefer Tramadol in above 50 years patient as there is high chances of hypertension and gastric acidity.
Tramadol does not causes high blood pressure but it can cause nausea.
So I would recommend you to take Tramadol. You can also apply volitran ointment and hot water fomentation. You should also avoid squatting, sitting cross leg or stairs .
