Question: My thyroid tsh level is 6.9 ..my age is 27 , 49 kg weight and 158 CM height.. Am taking a thyronom dose of 75.. Is it OK.. I had two misconception

Thanks for the query.

It cannot be ruled out that the misconceptions that happened earlier were not related to Thyroid issues. The TSH level is still very high, it has to be controlled under 3.0 with normal T4 and T3 levels. I would like to know the entire thyroid profile.
You seem to be just underweight for the height.
In my opinion all your issues could be related to hormones, weight, thyroid, menstrual cycles. A detailed evaluation by Endocrinologist expert in hormones is the next best step.
