Is PEA Test Necessary To Get Dosage?

Question: if you are not dosed at your clinic because you could not give a pea test can you have a seizue. I had bladder cancer last year with 3 surgurries and I have trouble going sometimes. I have stayed stayed at clinic up to 5 hrs trying to go.Now they say if I cant go I dont get dosed.I have not had a bad test for years and never at this clinic. Can you help me with this .

Brief Answer: yes you may Detailed Answer: The answer to your first query is that you may get a seizure if you do not get dosed. But it all depends on the amount of already existing drug in your blood. So unless you get the blood test, one doesn't know the amount of drug in your blood and hence the requirement of further dose. Giving next dose without checking on the other hand may lead to over dosage and toxicity of the medicine. So can't help you much with the situation. Every establishment has their own fixed protocols for these situatuions. If you are unable to give samples, you should call your doctors. They will be able to help you. Or better discuss about blood drug level check with the prescribing doctor. Regards
