Brief Answer:
Holistic apprroach, Lyrica does not have good advantage

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I suggest a holistic approach for your arthritis problem. The holistic approach is to try non medicine methods along with low dose pain medicines. Since you had already taken Mobic and Voltaren which are regular NSAIDs and they did not work, Lyrica will not give an extra pain benefit. Lyrica is mainly for nerve related stuff.

I suggest a Ultrasonic massage/accupressure therapy, weight loss if you are over weight. A physiotherapy to increase the bulk of the muscles that bear the joint.

If you had already tried all the above then it is better to consider surgical option which is the last.

Let me know if you have any queries on this. I can assist you further.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
