Brief Answer: no, it is not Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX An ESR count of 93/hr does not necessarily mean bowel cancer. In fact, this high level of ESR indicates an ongoing inflammatory process rather than a cancer. It is definitely not a sign of cancer. To rule out bowel cancer, you need to get a colonoscopy done along with excision biopsy of the tissue. Hope this helps you. Regards,
