Is ELISA Test Done After Eight Months Conclusive?

Question: Hello sir ,

Around 11 months back I had a protective sex . After 5 weeks I took test and its negative and After 8 months I took XXXXXXX test and it is also negative . And I didn't have any symptoms or signs . Should I consider Iam hiv negative .
