Brief Answer:
Need more info

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Cilastolzol is used for claudication pain, which means that it is most useful for patients who have a reduced blood supply to the lower limbs especially seen in patients with history of long standing diabetes and peripheral vascular disease. It will not help you in keeping your feet from falling asleep.
However your issue might be a little different, I need more information from you in order to help you better. Please get back to me with the following details

1. Is the numbness and spasm present even at rest or after walking?
2. Have you noticed any change in the color of your toes?
3. Any change is sensation over your legs? Like a pricking sensation?
4. Please mention the names of the blood pressure medications in order to know the interactions.

Please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply

Brief Answer:
On the right medications

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the reply

I am sorry for the short delay in getting back to you, I was on call at my hospital.

The condition what you have described looks like a peripheral nerve lesion and you have been given the right drug for it. However I would like you to undergo nerve conduction study known as ENMG to confirm the diagnosis.

You can take Amlodipine and Valsartan along with Cilostazole, there are no drug interactions between them

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

I wish you good health and a speedy recovery

Regards
